Competition Squads
The Club runs competitive gymnastics in two different disciplines: Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and Tumbling. Our mission for our competitive squads is to train happy, healthy and confident gymnasts who have both love and respect for the sport. We promote teamwork and good sportsmanship always.
Women's Artistic Squads
The Club’s competitive Women’s Artistic squad train to compete in county and regional level competitions and in recent years, some squad members have also been crowned county champions and have achieved places in the Gloucestershire County Gymnastics squad. These sessions are by invitation only, if you would like more information on becoming part of our Women’s Artistic squad then please give the Club a call or email. beth@rowangymnasticsclub.org.uk
Tumbling Squads
The Club’s competitive Tumbling squad train to compete in county, regional and national level competitions and in recent years some squad members have been selected to be part of the South West Team and represent the South West competitively. These sessions are by invitation only, if you would like more information on becoming part of our Tumbling squad then please give the Club a call or email. nicky@rowangymnasticsclub.org.uk
Competition Squad gymnasts should attend each week on their agreed training day and time, except on the following dates when the club will be closed.
- Christmas - 24.12.2024 to 01.01.2025
- Easter - 18.04.2025 to 21.04.2025
- May Bank Holiday - 26.05.2025
- August Bank Holiday - 25.08.2025
